Founded in 1920, Nature Friends LA is one of southern California's oldest outdoor hiking and recreation clubs. I Love taking walks and going to my most favorite park, Fairview Park, and practicing yoga and meditation. It's so lovely and spring is bringing us flowers and beauty on the bluffs. The Park has great big sycamore trees for shade if its hot out and also lush green cool grass to lay on. The park is very secluded. Our goal is to help people get motivated to work out and be outside. Going to the gym by yourself can really get boring. This is a great way to meet new people and really get motivated to get moving! So Cal area nature lovers come out and smell the flowers right here in LA. The Puente Hills Preserve is 4,000 acres of open-space located within a 30 minute drive from nearly anywhere in Los Angeles and Orange County.
