This is a meetup for people who walked, would want to walk, or are in any way interested in the Roads leading to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. We meet to talk, exchange ideas, and hopefully our meetup will grow enough so we may begin volunteering on the Camino, as well as bring to life interesting initiatives to be implemented on the Camino itself, or here. Meetings will be for coffee/tea, or tapas and wine potlucks. We'd have subgroups, depending on interest (for example, religious pilgrimag …
The Homeschoolers' Picnic Lunch Club is for kids ages 8 and up. This is an opportunity for some of the older kids to meet and make friends. We'll get together once a week for a picnic lunch at Veterans Oasis Park. After lunch the kids can enjoy the park. There is a nice big lake that the kids can walk, scooter or ride bikes around. There's a waterfall and plenty of hiking paths. This is simply a social lunch in a beautiful, natural setting.
